- Shipping
- Larger mats ship on a cardboard core for stability. Simply roll out where needed. Do not pull by the edging — lift as one unit.
- Moving it
- Keep the cardboard core for rolling the mat during transport — wrapping it too tightly can damage the logo by putting pressure on the glue and logo components.

After you request a quote, our team builds a free art proof of your on-deck circle with your logo, colors, and size. You review it and request changes until it’s right — nothing goes into production until you approve.
What artwork formats do you accept?
Vector or high-resolution files work best — but send what you have. We’ll tell you straight on your free proof whether it will reproduce cleanly, before anything is produced.
What sizes are available?
Diameters from 4′ to 10′ to match your dugout or field layout. Pick a size in the form above and it’s in your quote.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. On-deck circles are built for outdoor field use as well as indoor batting facilities.
Can we reorder the same design later?
Yes — your proof and specs stay on file, so reorders match your original circle.
