Limited Warranty
Enhance Mats, Inc. provides a Limited Warranty for its products, with the warranty length specified on the product invoice starting from the date of the invoice.
To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must (i) submit proof of purchase and (ii) reach out to Enhance Mats by email sales@EnhanceMats.com within thirty (30) days of discovering the alleged defect, including supporting photographs.
The date of receipt of the Warranty Claim Email will determine any applicable warranty discount. If a claim is accepted, depending on the particular product, the necessary procedure will be determined to fulfill the Limited Warranty.
The Purchaser shall be responsible for all freight charges.
